Successful recertification in line with ISO 9001: 2008

Utility vehicle parts manufacturer Hermann Peters GmbH & Co. KG (PE) from Ennepetal, Germany, has once again passed the ISO audit in the beginning of December 2009 and has hence been recertified in line with ISO 9001: 2008 for the development, manufacture and distribution of utility and passenger vehicle parts.

The first year PE was ever certified according to ISO 9001 was 1995. This first certification was followed by further monitoring and recertification audits at regular intervals, ensuring that the company continues to meet the strict quality criteria. The ISO 9001 standard provides quality management principles that help the management of a company improve its productive capacities.

The PE certifications and audits are performed by the northern German association for technical inspection TÜV Nord, which is one of the leading and most highly esteemed certification organizations in the world.
